Family Nurse Practitioner
Monica Werner, MSN, FNP
Monica Werner is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine and has been part of the IHR team since 2019. As Monica fulfilled the nurse coordinator role, she decided to pursue her Advanced Practice Nursing degree and specialize in the field of Infertility. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of St. Francis, she received her master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Within her nursing practice she has worked in various medical settings including fertility, cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, and rehabilitation. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Monica continues to master and expand her knowledge in infertility, reproductive medicine, and fertility practices. She is passionate about her patients, creating relationships and serving as an advocate and supportive role as they undergo their fertility treatment. Monica brings forward compassion and clinical expertise in helping each patient reach their goals through education and personalized treatment plans. Monica is eager to continue her clinical practice within the field of fertility as a clinician. She looks forward to being part of her patients’ success stories as well as a pillar of support in their reproductive journey.
