Pinnacle Fertility has welcomed Center for Reproductive Care (CRC), a leading fertility center headquartered in Chicago, Illinois to their network of high-performing family building centers. Through the acquisition of CRC, Dr. Mary Wood Molo, CRC'S founder and one of Chicago's most respected fertility specialists joins the Institute for Human Reproduction (IHR) where she will continue providing compassionate, personalized fertility care while offering the most innovative and advanced reproductive and genomic treatment options available as a part of IHR.
Joining IHR and the Pinnacle Fertility family of clinics allows Dr. Wood Molo to work alongside providers who have the same mission of providing patients with the best opportunity to create the family of their dreams. We are excited to welcome CRC’s patients who will benefit from a broad range of centralized services which will allow Dr. Wood Molo to focus more of her time and resources on delivering the best possible personalized care for those experiencing infertility, recurrent miscarriage or need fertility preservation.

We know transitions can be difficult, and we’re here to make things a little less stressful by answering some of the most frequently asked questions.
Founded in 2004, Institute for Human Reproduction (IHR) is an industry-leading fertility center and a member of Pinnacle Fertility, a network of high-performing family-building clinics across the US. IHR, which has provided comprehensive reproductive care for two decades, is led by world-renowned fertility specialists and visionaries, Dr. Ilan Tur-Kaspa and Dr. David Cohen. With the addition of Dr. Wood Molo, the IHR team comprises four leading physicians and six locations.

Yes! While Dr. Wood Molo is joining a world-class team, Dr. Wood Molo will still be your physician.
At the same location as scheduled: 1725 W. Harrison, Unit 408E ,Chicago, IL 60612. Appointments scheduled on or after August 29th will be at our Huron office: 409 W. Huron Street, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60654. You also can take advantage of the many other locations that IHR has if any are more favorable to you.
IHR operates from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.The hours are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments at any of our facilities.
No, your treatment will continue as it was scheduled with Dr. Wood Molo. There will be no disruption to your treatment.
Yes, you will still be able to utilize Rush Medical Lab, however IHR offers many other locations for patients' convenience.
IHR is in network with a variety of commercial insurance plans. Your insurance will be verified before your appointment to ensure we are in network with your policy. If we are out of network, IHR will supply you with the documentation required for you to submit your claims for reimbursement from your insurance company. To verify if IHR is in your insurance’s network please contact your insurance company and provide them with the practice’s National Provider Index number of 147078801.
IHR has financial counselors based on your unique financial means who will review your insurance benefits and provide you with quotes on the cost of your care. IHR’s billing will look different because we are contracted with our own embryology laboratory. This means you will not be receiving a separate invoice for your embryology services, but the overall procedure costs should be similar.
We are in network with Cigna policies. For Rush employees, a third-party vendor called WINFertility manages the infertility benefits. You will receive information regarding the documentation requirements to start the authorization process.
The Verification of Benefits team will contact WINFertility to verify if your policy is managed through WINFertility. If your policy is managed by WINFertility, we will submit all authorization requests and claims directly to WINFertility. Our team will contact you letting you know if we need any additional information from you. If you prefer to reach out to WINFertility, their phone number is 855-705-4483.
We hope to make this transition as easy as possible for all patients with only a few steps you will need to complete.

- You will need to register for a new patient portal. The Healow App is for exclusive use of our legacy EMR, eClinicalWorks. We are migrating to an upgraded EMR (nAble) that is solely designed for the many nuances of fertility treatment.
It reflects a new patient visit as it is the first time you are being seen within the new system. All your medical records and treatment history are being migrated to the new EMR, nAble IVF.

No. The Healow App is for exclusive use of our legacy EMR, eClinicalWorks. We are migrating to an upgraded EMR called nAble that is solely designed for the many nuances of fertility treatment. If you have already received a username, you may access your patient portal. If not, we’d be happy to set you up with a new patient portal account.
Login to your nAble patient’s portal and click on “Telemedicine Appointments”. It will then prompt you to press start on the right-hand side. Once you press start, you will be connected to your healthcare provider for your telemedicine visit.
Your past medical records will be migrated over to our new EMR and retained per legal standards.
Your frozen specimens will stay cryopreserved at Rush. If you would like to proceed with transporting your specimens to IHR’s Laboratory, IVF-PGT Lab, please reach out to us to discuss the process. As treatment is scheduled, the IHR care team will work closely with you and the Lab at Rush Medical Center to coordinate the transport.
If your embryos/eggs/sperm are already in long term storage, we recommend that you keep them where they are and we will facilitate transfers when needed. If your embryos/eggs/sperm are at Rush Lab, please call Rush to start the process of transferring them to IHR.
Please call: 312-563-2570 (IVF Lab) or 312-563-4024 (Andrology lab) and they will begin the process to transfer your specimens.
The fees for transporting specimens to IHR are $100, however the fees are waived for Dr. Wood Molo’s existing patients.
You will receive the IHR Transport Infographic that will inform you of the steps to initiate the transport process. The consents you will receive (if applicable) are as follows: IHR Oocyte Transport Consent, IHR Embryo Transport Consent, and/or IHR Sperm Transport Consent. You will also receive a Specimen Origin form that will need to be completed by Rush.
Completed consent forms can be returned multiple ways. They can be sent via email to transport@ihrfertility.com, faxed to 312-288-6421 ATTN: Transport, or by scheduling an appointment to drop off the consents in-person at an IHR clinic. An IHR employee will verify the consent forms are completed accurately (including the notary signatures or IHR witness signature) and ensure they are accompanied by a copy of your valid government photo ID.
Once all consent forms have been verified as complete, the IHR IVF lab staff will reach out to Rush within 2-3 business days to verify transport clearance on their end. It is at this time that a date for transport will be established between all parties.
