If the test is positive, you will be instructed to continue all medications (i.e. progesterone) and repeat the test in two days (or on Monday if it falls on a weekend).If 2nd blood test shows levels rising appropriately, you will be instructed to continue medications and schedule 1st OB ultrasound 7-10 days later. If levels are not rising appropriately, you will be instructed to return for further monitoring (lab draw and possible ultrasound as directed by your physician).
